ABOUT
Every beginning is difficult.
When I started doing nails in 2005, I bought a starter kit that I didn’t quite understand what it was. There were some tips, some glue and then something that looked like fabric. I didn’t quite understand that fabric, so I just decided to give the tips extra glue.
It wasn’t very nice.
Since then, I have been taught in 7 brands, in 3 countries, which has resulted in 23 diplomas on my wall.
In addition, I participated in the Danish nail competitions in 2019 and 2020, which has resulted in 3 gold and 3 bronze medals for the Danish Championship and Nailsopen, respectively.
Since I have made many mistakes over time, my wish is to help beginners so that they can avoid some of the mistakes I have made, take care of themselves from the start, and hopefully avoid allergic reactions.
The first edition of this book was published in 2019, and only mentioned hybrid jelly, as it was still quite new. So the book was outdated shortly after publication.
Therefore, I have chosen to edit the book and make it more current.
